I am molecular ecologist with a keen interest on biodiversity, soil and sustainability. I have experience surveying a wide array of soil microbial groups, plants and fauna with eDNA methods. I am interested in studying interactions between microbes and macro-organisms, specifically interactions involving fungi. I am also interested in understanding microbial responses to global change.
